I found the channel of this guy some months ago. He comes from a Christian perspective, but he is clearly a real heart. Very distinct from your everyday Christian advocates on youtube. Deep insight, self reflection, and that liberating and enlivening feeling characteristic of real beings. I don’t feel he has everything right, but his intention and heart seem to be in the right place. Also, definitely one who has been walking the walk.
