(Comments on Non-Conformist Radio 2’s video) Who are we?

I just finished writing and posting the following comments on a brilliant video published recently by Non Conformist Radio 2. Pasting them below.

Hey, watched the video, felt like a breath of fresh air. As usual, made some notes and sharing some of them:

01:00 The problem-solution it’s a never ending quest and, heh, I also recorded a video on this specific topic a month or so ago. You’re right on with this one!

01:40 What you call anhedonic I feel it is the natural attitude that our True Soul/Spirit has when faced with the unnaturality of this world. There is zero true pleasure or satisfaction to be found in the world, rather.. the world as we see it and know it right now is a desert of being. We need go into it at best as a study or exercise of sorts, but to think of ourselves as part of it.. is what makes the Soul/Spirit revolt within, and that’s the true spiritual pain that is meeting us each time we try.

26:09 Yep, it’s like.. when one makes the courage to question this world or stand against the unnaturality of it.. one is, at first, confronted sometimes with the worst. Sometimes I had these feelings that.. this reality almost pushes us to accept being raped (mentally, emotionally, sometimes physically) while forcing us to say nothing about it. Unless one learns a certain type of serious internal alchemical work.. I believe this world is just going to continue to circle back and forth like a circus ride in hell. But I do believe the true alchemical work is possible, provided I believe.. only some are truly equipped for it.

29:54 “You can’t be happy knowing the Truth” – I agree 100%. My conclusion so far is that, even among the so called “spiritual” or “aware” people, most of them haven’t truly experienced the genuine pain and evilness of this reality, and thus.. they still sleep cozy under the blanket of disbelief. The ‘light of the darkness’ or what you describe as the ‘false truth’ is a real thing, and many seem to be under its effects.

37:46 I personally believe that this entire world is more akin to a Truman show than most would actually believe, and that most of these events that are being popularised in the media are staged. Yes, even the great wars or calamities, I believe many of them are staged. But, I do believe that these events hold a symbolic meaning, so I look at them mostly symbolically and metaphorically, like observing the plot in a story.

57:12 I have the sensation that this entire “experiment” called: this unnatural world, or the “matrix”, or this world of hell, or whatever.. one of its truer purposes might be 1. to learn discernment, and 2. to state and define who we truly are. It might matter less, for example, that 97% of the population choses to kill animals and eat them, what it matters might be.. what I decided while I was in this situation. I do feel choices and actions are important and I do believe that if anything, this entire experience, might be something akin to a spiritual exercise, a test or better said: an exam of sorts, rather than a school or even a mere purposeless prison. I do belief our actions matter, as they show who we truly are and what we stand for at our core.

How do we act, when nobody watches? What did we do when nobody cared? In the darkest of pits, plagued by loneliness, depression, tantalising sometimes the borders of insanity.. what did we remained? Who did we chose to be? Did we allowed the evilness and putrid of this world to corrupt our Soul? Did we remained faithful, instead, keeping to our purity independent of circumstances? I do believe these things matter, and I do believe at some point we are – each of us – going to have to meet the answers to them.
