Speaking Truth
Each time I say the Truth I release a part of me out in the outside of myself. That part of me, then, becomes a part of the world. That part of me shapes the world, it transforms it.
It might appear scary to speak Truth, because it might make one feel like loosing its known self and entering in pure unknown. And that unknown, once we let it touch us, it changes us. We die in that encounter. What we were before stops existing, and something new is being formed.
Thus we die each time we say the Truth.
And paradoxically.. with each spoken or acted Truth, a truer and truer version of ourselves is birthed.

Our false self dies with each Truth we speak or do, our True self being birthed more and more.
