We are still there

Negativity, evil and “suffering” can only exist in the dark side within ourselves.

And.. what is dark? What is this? It’s more obvious then it seems.. Dark it’s only that which is unseen, that which is not known, or seen, exactly how the darkness in a room is. The room it’s dark, and because it is so .. you don’t see the objects in it. But, they are still there. Darkness it’s only that which is not known. All things already exist, nothing it’s created with our minds, here, at this level. Everything we see, smell, touch or hear, taste, think and feel .. it’s already been designed – however strange that might seem. Yes, all our reality is only a “movie”, and the entire movie has already been designed by someone! We move through this reality with our choices (and we choose partly with our will – but few people really have that, and mostly with our attention. This is another topic, which I will have to cover separately). We can choose what parts of this movie we want to see, which parts we lost interest in seeing and which ones we can’t take our eyes off .. even if most of them are pains and sufferings that we swear we want to depart ourselves from.

So darkness it’s that which is already designed, but is not consciously lived. We carry many things inside of us, things that are not our creation in the strict sense of the world – but define our “movie”. If we choose not to put the light beam on them, it’s strictly our choice and is respected as such. When one get’s bored of all the drama and suffering he/she starts to put his lantern on the little minions that play like crazy children inside of his movie, causing wreath and suffering. These minions, also called demons by some, can only exist in the dark parts we reject, resist, or refuse to light the lantern up on. So if we reject to be aware of what we are feeling, or reject a certain “negative” feeling, or maybe even a certain “positive” one (most people here live in total un-awareness and denial of their own life and sensations) then we choose to continue to live with what we reject. If, instead, we make the courage, the piece shredding courage, to look at what is going on under our hoods, to feel the darkest or joyous of emotions and to remain straight and present, just like if a tornado would swipe you over, we have then shed light upon it, and in fact that thing ceases to exists – and more actually, it becomes alive. Truly alive, this time.

As long as we let ourselves feel the pain, feel the suffering within.. it’s just like we turn on the light spot … and it just disappears. The key is remember we are not these bodies! We are not these roles and personas. We are that which is ever present even in the darkest and painful of places, or in the most blissful ones. We are what’s left.. when the curtain has been pulled off, the audience has finished applauding and everyone went home. We are that … which is still there.
